By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phlwin platform – including the website at phlwin.one, any associated mobile-optimised pages, and all games and services offered therein – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

phlwin reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including a valid Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one registered account on phlwin. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlwin uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts.

3.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the phlwin registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlwin Login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. phlwin will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify phlwin immediately via live chat so that your account can be secured. phlwin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit copies of identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at phlwin's discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on phlwin are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). phlwin does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider (e.g., GCash, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, PayMaya) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside phlwin's control.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your phlwin wallet upon confirmation from your payment provider. GCash deposits are typically credited within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. phlwin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

phlwin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, to be the proceeds of criminal activity, or to be in breach of these Terms. In such cases, phlwin will notify you and may request additional documentation before processing any related withdrawal.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phlwin processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash are processed quickly after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional business days depending on the receiving bank.

phlwin reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day. Any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable bonus before they become eligible for withdrawal. phlwin may request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold.

phlwin offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail in relation to that bonus.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your phlwin account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phlwin takes bonus integrity seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus, associated winnings, and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using bonus funds to place low-risk bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk (e.g., betting on both sides of a game).
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers collectively.
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlwin. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game. Any such vulnerability must be reported to phlwin support immediately.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlwin platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the platform without the prior written consent of phlwin.

Game content, including game graphics, audio, and mechanics, is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (e.g., Jili, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) and is licensed to phlwin for display on the platform. Any unauthorised use of game content is a violation of the applicable provider's intellectual property rights.

phlwin does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phlwin will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phlwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

When material changes are made, phlwin will notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the phlwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of the Philippines.

phlwin operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with phlwin may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.
